Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State has reportedly commissioned a new mansion for himself in Okene, Kogi State.

According to political analyst, Usman Okai Austin, the mansion which is said to be owned by him was commissioned on Wednesday, December 6, in his home town.

Below is what Mr. Usman shared on Facebook:

“The picture below is the newly Commissioned Governor Yahaya Bello’s personal residence in Okene which he built with Kogites taxpayers money.The edifice was commissioned today Wednesday the 6th of December 2017 in his home town,Okene.

“Governor Bello is owing Kogi Civil servants over 20 month salaries,while the plights of pensioners and local Government workers is pathetic as majority of them died due to poverty and disease.

“With this edifice, Kogites clearly discovered where their Commonwealth was diverted to.

“How can a Governor whose decimal performances is all over the state commissioned an edifice built with Kogites taxpayers money be said to be God fearing?

“Is Governor Yahaya Bello and his Chief of staff,Edward Onoja above the law?
